How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Establishmentcloser Windows & Siding should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to write to us about:
- What it was like to call or contact Establishmentcloser Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up directly with the provider and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Establishmentcloser Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@establishmentcloser.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
